A Saudi consulting office headquartered in Al Khobar, Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was founded by architect Ihsan Ali Al Abbad in 1413/1994 in Al Khobar. The office set several basic objectives to ensure the advancement of architectural and engineering taste in this modern city, with its qualified components. To achieve these objectives, the office has attracted a number of qualified engineers in all specializations and architects with distinguished experience to ensure the production of creative and architecturally and engineeringly well-studied projects to participate in raising the level of architectural and construction creativity in the Kingdom in general and in the Eastern Province in particular. The office is proud to have been able to add important projects that have influenced the cities of Al Khobar and Dammam over the course of twenty years.
